Templates

Overview​

Creating templates in CareLaunch Campaigns enables you to save time and ensure consistency in your messaging. Templates contain predefined content and settings that can be reused across different campaigns or direct messages. This guide outlines how to create, save, and manage message templates.

Types of Templates​

CareLaunch Campaigns supports various types of message templates, including:

  • Secure Message Templates: For secure messages that you send through campaigns or automations.
  • Email Templates: For emails that you send from campaigns or journeys.
  • SMS Templates: For SMS text messages sent from campaigns or direct messages.

Creating a Template​

  1. Navigate to Templates under the Campaigns tab.
  2. Select Create New Template.
  3. Choose the type of template you want to create and specify the template's settings and content.

Template Parts​

Templates are divided into different components, known as template parts. These parts can include:

  • Static Text
  • Personalized Content
  • Images

Using a Template​

When creating a new message or campaign, you can choose to use an existing template. CareLaunch Campaigns will populate the message with the template's predefined content and settings.

Template Versioning​

CareLaunch Campaigns allows for versioning of message templates. This enables you to:

  • Design and update a template over time.
  • Maintain a history of template changes.
  • Specify which version of a template should be used in a given message.
