CareLaunch Campaigns supports sending SMS messages to your audience.

Sending SMS Messages

Prerequisites

Before you can send SMS messages using CareLaunch Campaigns, you must:

• Set up your SMS channel.
• Create a message template.

Limitations

• SMS messages are limited to 160 characters.
• Links can be included, but they will count towards the 160 character limit.
• Images and attachments are not supported.
