CareLaunch instances provide comprehensive configuration options for branding, functionality, and patient experience customization.

Overview

Instances serve as branded, customizable environments within your organization. Each instance can have its own:

  • Branding and visual identity
  • Feature set configuration
  • Patient registration workflow
  • Document management
  • Payment settings

Branding Configuration

Visual Elements

Logo and Icon

  • Logo: Main branding image displayed on patient-facing interfaces
  • Icon: Smaller branding element used in navigation and favicon
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
  • Recommended sizes: Logo (200x80px), Icon (32x32px)

Instance Names

CareLaunch supports two types of instance names:

  1. Internal Name (Required)

    • Used for administrative purposes
    • Appears in admin interfaces and internal systems
    • Cannot be changed after instance creation
  2. Patient-Facing Name (Optional)

    • Displayed to patients across all interfaces
    • Provides branding flexibility and white-labeling capabilities
    • Falls back to internal name if not specified
    • Can be updated at any time

Configuration Steps:

  1. Navigate to Instances > [Your Instance] > Branding
  2. Upload your logo and icon
  3. Set the internal name (if creating new instance)
  4. Configure the patient-facing name
  5. Set headline, subtitle, and call-to-action text
  6. Save your configuration

Text Customization

Headline

  • Primary text displayed on patient interfaces
  • Used in registration forms and landing pages
  • Recommended length: 50 characters or less

Subtitle

  • Secondary descriptive text
  • Provides additional context for patients
  • Supports multi-line text

Call-to-Action Headline

  • Text displayed on action buttons
  • Guides patients through the registration process
  • Should be clear and actionable

Background and Styling

  • Custom background images for patient interfaces
  • Branded color schemes
  • Consistent visual identity across all patient touchpoints
