Using Secure Messaging

Starting Conversations

  1. Navigate to the Messages section
  2. Click "New Conversation"
  3. Select the patient context
  4. Add initial message and subject
  5. Choose conversation participants

    • Click on conversation to view
    • Messages display in chronological order
    • Read status is tracked automatically
