CareLaunch provides a configurable notification system that delivers updates through multiple channels based on user preferences.
Overview
The notification system enables you to:
- Receive updates through multiple channels (Email, SMS, In-App)
- Configure notifications per event type
- Manage preferences through a simple interface
- Stay informed of important system events
Notification Settings
Available Channels
CareLaunch supports three notification channels:
- Email Notifications: Receive updates directly to your email inbox
- SMS Notifications: Get text message alerts on your mobile device
- In-App Notifications: View notifications within the CareLaunch platform
Configurable Events
You can enable or disable notifications for these events across any channel:

- Notifies when you're assigned to an appointment

Managing Notifications
Accessing Settings
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the "Notifications" tab
