CareLaunch provides a configurable notification system that delivers updates through multiple channels based on user preferences.

Overview

The notification system enables you to:

  • Receive updates through multiple channels (Email, SMS, In-App)
  • Configure notifications per event type
  • Manage preferences through a simple interface
  • Stay informed of important system events

Notification Settings

Available Channels

CareLaunch supports three notification channels:

  1. Email Notifications: Receive updates directly to your email inbox
  2. SMS Notifications: Get text message alerts on your mobile device
  3. In-App Notifications: View notifications within the CareLaunch platform

Configurable Events

You can enable or disable notifications for these events across any channel:

  1. Appointment Assigned

    • Notifies when you're assigned to an appointment
    • Helps track scheduling changes
    • Ensures timely attendance
  2. Task Assignment

    • Alerts for new task assignments
    • Helps manage workload
    • Ensures task visibility
  3. Patient Registered

    • Notifications for new patient registrations
    • Tracks patient onboarding
    • Maintains patient awareness
  4. New Message

    • Alerts for new communications
    • Ensures timely responses
    • Maintains communication flow

Managing Notifications

Accessing Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
  3. Navigate to the "Notifications" tab

Configuring Preferences

  1. Email Notifications

    • Toggle switches for each event type
    • Enable/disable email notifications
    • Updates take effect immediately
  2. SMS Notifications

    • Configure text message alerts
    • Toggle per-event SMS notifications
    • Requires verified phone number
  3. In-App Notifications

    • Set platform notification preferences
    • Toggle notifications by event
    • View notifications in real-time
